他该不该判死刑？The revelation of deadly poisoning case at Fu Dan 

On eleven of December, murderer in this case, Lin SenHao, was executed legally by police in accordance with his death sentence.

On April Fools' Day, Lin, a postgraduate in school of medicine of Fu Dan University, decided to play a joke on his roommate, Huang Yang, because of some trifles and distinctive personality. Accordingly, after pouring lethal toxins he had prepared into water Huang drank, Huang was sent to hospital for therapy .During those days, Lin concealed what he had done and pretended to be innocent, which led to the death of Huang eventually. During 3-year judicial procedures, around 177 students from Fu Dan University delivered high court in Shanghai a joint petition that Lin should not be sentenced to death penalty, which sparks much debate among public. The main reason for this may be that this case is undoubtedly involved in another controversy on whether the death punishments should be preserved or not.

12月11日，“复旦大学投毒案”被告林森浩被依法执行死刑。事情发生在2013年愚人节，林森浩因生活琐事和性格差异，将剧毒物投入饮水机中“作弄”同寝室的黄洋，黄很快中毒入院。而林森浩在其治疗的十余天当中，一直隐瞒真相、编造谎言，导致黄洋错失救治良机不治身亡。本案历经三年，复旦大学177名学生联名发出《不要判林森浩同学“死刑”的请求信》引起轩然大波，一个很重要的原因就在于本案卷入了死刑存废之争。
